Dieting is hard!

I have been dieting for about a month (I think!LOL) and I just wanted to let you all know where I am at with that. The part about my dieting that sucks is that I can drop the first 10 lbs or so pretty fast, but the rest is an uphill road. So, I lost the most in the first weeks and now I am losing about 2lbs a week. I know that is actually what they reccomend... But it feels slow for the effort I have been making. Anyway, I know that I am not the only one on this whole weight loss journey... So I thought I would share, maybe some of you have had the same experience.

They were eating pizza while I was reading this earlier. I had to get up and leave the room. I don't really like pizza...but cheese and bread!!! Jerks.

oh plz, diet is my middle name, I live to eat but I am not one of these fortunate that can do it and nothing will change in their looks. oh no, even from looking at chocolate I put on weight hehehe but i found way, 1h walk daily and 3l of water really works

Who doesn't like pizza?...Anyway I know how you feel. It's so hard when results aren't what you want,and you wanna give up, but you're doing good, MashaAllah...keep it up!

Ow my let me tell you at least you are loosing weight!!! I diet and gain and loose the same 3 pounds each week LOL!
